3 /5 The Brown Guy: Chic fila isnt chic fila anymore, "TO ME". to me. There are a lot of chains that are not consistent across the board, meaning that in one location you get something completey different even though its the same menu item. Well this is one of them. This particular location to me is extremely inconsistent when it comes to its ice cream. And I wouldnt have did a review on this but this was ridiculous. But at least they served it to me with a smile lololol as if nothing was wrong.

5 /5 Teddi Hilderbrand: Today in thomaston ga I was deeply touched by the manger given a free meal to a family that stoped to eat that just flew in from Okinawa. The family was so deeply touched they requested a picture.

5 /5 Dawn Smith: Friendly service and unlike other fast food restaurants they get your orders right. It is nice to pick up an order and have what you requested! Truly enjoy the food and drinks, doesnt feel like fast food.

3 /5 Ashley Ludlow: Everything was great but yesterday (11/10) we went and one of the employees was obviously freezing and I informed another employee and asked if they had extra jackets bc the one taking our order was so cold her eyes were watery. She said they did, I asked if they would give her one. We parked at whataburger for 10-15 minutes and no jacket was given. Chick-fil-A you gotta do better by your employees. Yes customers matter but so do your employees. I would rather talk to the intercom knowing the employees are comfortable in a heated building as cold as it was than have a face to face interaction with someone freezing to appease us.

4 /5 Mack Benz: Decent. Lovely hospitable approach toward fast food. $55 Canadian for 4 sandwiches, one of which was a combo and an 8pc nuggets. Insanely expensive for fast-food. Like, wow. Its decent but my goodness the world we live in. Again, amazing staff, but yeah, nothing stands out other than the wonderful customer service (which is rare in fast-food).
