Bobbie Huston My boyfriend an I went there on Saturday 08/28/21. This was our first time. Walked inside and the owners were extremely nice. I explained to the woman that this was my 1st time ever eating here and I am from liberty county and passed this place for years. She said they have been there 40yrs. I ordered the medium tray low country boil and added another pound of snow crab to it. It looked really good. Snow crab wasnt that big but they gave me alot I must say. My boyfriend ordered a fried shrimp dinner w/french fries he was given 20 jumbo shrimp w/ fries for 12.99 I thought was great! He also added 1lb of snow crab to his order. We both ordered 2 of their large garlic butters they were like 3 bucks a piece but were big like a pint I believe. Our total was $108.00. Yes thats alot of money but it was alot of food more than I actually expected. The only thing I would say is that all my shrimp and snow crab were over cooked. Anyone that eats alot of seafood and knows alot about it knows what Im talking about when I say this. Corn was not sweet and the sausage wasnt like what Im use to eating when it comes to low country boil. All in all I would go back just not order that much food again. I rate them a 4 star bc they were so nice and for all the snow crab we got. Wait time was not bad at all either.

Natalie Jones Loved this restaurant!!! I will definitely be back. Service was great. The woman working was kind, attentive, and fast. The lunch/dinner deal is amazing since you get rice, egg roll, soup, and your entree for $11.99. The food came out HOT and the portions were amazing. Every adult in my party of four had leftovers to take home for a second meal. Everything tasted amazing and had great flavor. 10/10, no complaints

Kinzy B. Everything was great and the owners were very professional. We definitely enjoyed the authentic taste of Caribbean food. You can either dine-in or get it to go. I had the oxtail with rice & peas, cabbage &carrots, and plantains. For dessert, I had Mama P “vanilla cake” with cream cheese/sour cream icing, literally melted in my mouth.

Stephen Jiwanmall I’m slightly obsessed with Maepole. Having recently moved to Athens, I heard about Maepole through TikTok and fell in love with the food my first visit. Huge fan of the healthy options and fast counter service. My absolute addiction is the hibiscus limeade! I’ve ordered catering for events, which worked well. Happy to continue supporting them!
