1 /5 Tonisha Shareef: I very rarely leave bad reviews, however, after the bad customer service experience I had tonight, something must be said. Tonight when I was ordering my food through the drive-thru the cashier working the drive-thru was extremely rude. When I got up to the window to pay, I noticed that the lady who initially took my order was gone and another was at the window. I asked the lady at the window was she the manager and she said yes. I then told the manager my concerns/complaint about the rude cashier and she didn’t even acknowledge my complaint just said ok with an attitude. I then asked for corporate number and she told me it’s on the drink cup. When I asked the manager for her name she told me she didn’t have to give me her name. However, I was able to get a name off the receipt “Guwanda T”. On top of that, when I got home my food was cold and disgusting and missing the sauces I ordered -which I felt was purposeful. To say the least I had an horrible experience and I plan to reach out to corporate.
