julius schneider Today (Thursday, July 24, 4:30 pm) I experienced an unfortunate exception to the normally friendly and courteous service at Sonic. At the drive-in window i was shorted 1 dollar in change. I brought the error to the attention of the cashier (a short, black young woman--not Abbey) who promptly corrected the error by giving me a dollar. Problem was, she did not apologize or act embarassed, but rather was smug & unsmling, giving me the impression that she was upset from being caught. I love going to Sonic and feel friendship vibes with Rose and Abbey and others. Today was unusual.
