3 /5 Ashley Roberts: As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a family bundle meal that included steak tips and chicken tenders, along with 40 oz of mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. I also asked for a side of sautéed onions and was told it would be an extra charge, which I agreed to.
When I got home, I realized the gravy and the sautéed onions were missing. I returned to the store to get the missing items, expecting them to match a family-sized order. Instead, the worker gave me the smallest cups of gravy and onions, which was not nearly enough for a family bundle meal. This was extremely disappointing.
On top of that, the biscuits were hard and not fluffy at all, and the steak tips were not cooked medium well as I requested. To make matters worse, I originally wanted to order the fried chicken family meal, but they were out of chicken. I settled for what was available, and unfortunately, I truly regretted that decision.
Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations, especially as a loyal customer. The service, food quality, and portion sizes were very disappointing, and I hope this location improves its attention to detail and customer satisfaction
