4 /5 Samantha Torchon: Attempted to place phone order on December 27th and was welcomed by a very rude employee. It would have been my 2nd time ordering here after my husband suggested that we try this place. We walked in a fews prior and was able to order and we received great service and food. So of course I wanted to go back again. However, upon returning/calling in for what I thought was going to be a wonderful 2nd experience, I was, instead greeted with hostility, impatience and disrespect. The woman who answered the call was immediately agitated upon ordering. She told me to slow down repeatedly while I was attempting to speak. In the end, I asked if I can pay over the phone and she told me “word for word” I don’t have time for that. She stated that they run a very old program and the system is just not set up that way. She was very rude from the moment she answered the call to the very end. I ended up asking her to just cancel the order because I felt like my business was not wanted or desired. If you are hungry or willing to try this place just walk in DO NOT CALL ahead, as you will be condemned.
