2 /5 TYanna Dunn: I’m only going back for the games and prizes from now on. This was the worst service I ever had at any restaurant. I was in a party of 3 and instead of seating us in one of the booths up front we were seated way in the back off to the side behind the bar. I still thought we would get served in a Finley fashion. Instead we ended up waiting 20 minutes for a server to come up to us to take our drinks. Workers were standing around not doing anything. When we placed our order they didn’t even come out at the same time. We all ordered fries and they were not fresh. Warm and almost cold. It took way too long for the server to come back with our check and one to go box. The server even mixed up two purchases on me and my friends receipt so they had to go and fix it. I understand the games was on and it was around 11 but I expect fresh food always. I’ll just play the game from now on and eat somewhere else.

1 /5 Juan Rafael: Great place for the kids bad service. Put in a reservation for today and when we get here you still have to wait 30-35min for a table which defeats the purpose of a “reservation.” Would have just went to a different place. Food score is an 80 B and asking price is a bit steep even for appetizers, alcoholic drinks are good but shady practices by removing the prices so definitely ask about pricing, other than that good for the kids if you don’t mind the other things.

4 /5 E. Strong: Great location with plenty of parking! Ordered the fish and chips, overall it was good IF you dipped in the Tatar sauce and garlic aioli. Battered well and fries were seasoned good. For the bad, my wife ordered the chicken nachos with high hopes, but was soon disappointed. The nachos were served with dirty, wilted, brown lettuce and the queso was cold and thick. Asked for a remake without lettuce and this time the ENTIRE dish was cold. Even the chips. Our server got the manager Robert and he was a breath of fresh air. He was empathic, had good active listening skills, and made things right. Definitely should be promoted ahead of his peers! Service was good and atmosphere was inviting. Not as crowded as the Marietta location (which is a good thing). Will definitely return!
