Dooleys Bar & Grill - (Near Athens, GA)

M S Pretty good place for sushi if you dont mind a large crowd. I used to love it here, but I think as more people started coming to the restaurant, the quality has gone down. Maybe the chefs are rushed? I honestly dont know. Dont get me wrong, its definitely my second favorite place in Augusta for sushi. I just remember a few years back when the sushi and the service were upscale. Now the people are still upscale, but the food and service have declined a bit. Maybe the sushi isnt the focus anymore? I havent really tried any of the "fusion" dishes, so that could be my mistake. Ill give it a while before I try it again.

Judy A Absolutely delicious! It was a bit spicier than anticipated, but I’m not mad. Guy behind the counter was super nice, food was delicious, tasty blueberry lemonade. Quick, fair portion size, and quality.

M Meadows Awesome decor, very cozy and elegant. Not overly fancy, very comfortable dining room. We arrived as soon as they opened so it was like having the restaurant and (Carol) our waitress to ourselves for awhile. If you you go ask for her seating area. She is super friendly and is very knowledgeable about the menu...made spot on suggestions. The food was so fresh and delicious that we actually ate most of what we ordered, didnt take much home. We had a variety appetizers platter (we were able to pick our choices), I had ice tea and hubby beer. Hubby did take a philly sandwich home for later and he enjoyed it, said it was very tasty. They do have full bar. Buffets and karaoke on certain nights. If you are in Blakely Ga. , do yourself a favor and go to Johnnys for dinner, they open at 5 pm.

Dariely Lubin The chicken katsu was my fav & my son loved the poke bowl. The atmosphere was chill especially for my toddler.

Courtney Brown They recently changed their menu, and the way they engaged on how it taste was delightful. Everything was down right delicious, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. But the real reason why I’m here (which I don’t have a picture of) is that Peach cobbler! Hear me when I say the peach cobbler is a chefs kiss! Buttery, crispy, hot and a healthy serving with ice cream. Had on some good jams, great bar options, laid back vibes were really nice. 10 out 10 Recommend! I’m definitely coming back.

Julie Stevens Wow! This one is worth the visit. Everything we had was excellent. Chicken wings were very tender and juicy .New York strip had a lovely flavor. Potatoes and Brussels were excellent. Probably the best Brussels Ive had. They did them quite nicely. Not too much sweet, just enough crisp. Yum.
