El Lobo Mexican Restaurant - (Near Alma, GA)

5 /5 Tracy Morgan Roberson: Absolutely cannot say enough about this place. We have had several different things that we keep going back to the nachos tejanos. The steak chicken and shrimp are cooked to perfection which is the right amount of cheese sauce with the bell peppers and onions Im bringing it together are the chips. They are light thin and Harry with it just the right amount of crispness. They quite literally fall to pieces like theyre melting in your mouth. The portions are more than adequate with some left over and the price is definitely fair. My boyfriend and I ate there with drinks and dessert for me, which was a flan, for under 50. I am a lover of custardy desserts and Ive ate flans from many many different places and this one outranks them all. It was set to perfection with the creamiest center. It was heaven on a spoon. Will continue to eat here for a long time to come.

5 /5 Billy F.: This is my second time eating at Lobos Mexican restaurant in Alma, Georgia and I have been very pleased on both visits. Tonight I ordered La Gringa which was very good. It is basically a quesadilla with Al Pastor meat inside. Their chips and salsa is also very good. I would rate their salsa better than average but not quite excellent because it needed just a little more heat. Their chips are good. Theyre crispy and are not those hard thick yellow kind that some restaurants like to cheap out on. My server tonight was very attentive and very good. I was very pleased with his service overall. Expect to pay roughly $12 to $20 per person if you factor in tip and drink water. Theyre decor is different but good. Its got a day of the dead theme. They were also quite a few Latin families there which lets me know that they cook well and have authentic Mexican food. I recommend this restaurant and will be back.

I can honestly say that weve had great food, service, and a pleasant time ANY time we have gone, regardless of time, staffing, or any other issues the restaurant has endured. I own a massage therapy business and when out of town clients ask me where to eat, I always recommend El Lobo for a tasty meal!

1 /5 Master Steve Cannon: My family and I have been here several times and usually its good. Today we decided to get the taco Tuesday and it was awful! Our order had to be taken twice, it took 15 minutes to get our food and non were correct. There was a puddle of grease on all of our plates when it was finally brought to us. I dont know if we will go back.
