Firehouse Subs Cordele - (Near Cordele, GA)

2 /5 Emilio Banda: Purchased an online order waited for it and pulled up to pick up at time that said it would be ready. Only to realize people having no clue,having to see my online receipt and only then start making the sandwiches. Basically doubling my wait time. Employee seemed irritated they had to make order.

1 /5 Buddy Brake: I went to the Cordele Firehouse Subs on Saturday 10/25/25 at approximately 6:00 PM. There was not a vehicle on the lot (customer or employee). I stopped at the order station in the drive through and sat for several minutes without anyone acknowledging my desire to place an order. I then drove to the pickup window and sat another 2-3 minutes without seeing a single employee in the building. Thinking the business might not be open I drove around back to the parking lot and went to the entrance door. I entered the building and a young black female employee was sitting at a table and I am not so sure that I woke her up when I came into the building. I walked up to the register and waited for her to meander to the register. When she got to the register she stared directly out the entrance door without saying a word to me. After several seconds of this silence I asked if she was ready to take my order? Her response was, “I’m waiting on you”. I stated to this employee that she had not acknowledged my presence or spoken a word to me so I had no way to know if she was ready to take my order. She still say nothing. I love Firehouse brisket and cheese sub but have purchased my last one from the Cordele location. I have noticed that the Cordele Firehouse Subs nevet appears to be very busy; now I know why!!!
