5 /5 T. Haynes: Had 3 tenders, potato wedges, fried okra, and a biscuit at lunchtime. The tenders are thick but they are not dried out. All of it was good and fresh.

1 /5 Jessica Wilson: Customer service sucks. They look at you when you walk in the door, but don’t smile or speak. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk to the register. Stood there waiting to be checked out while they talked to each other and cut up amongst themselves. And then couldn’t be bothered to say anything other than the total for the transaction with a “I can’t be bothered with you right now” kind of look on her face. If you hate your job or don’t want to serve customers, go work somewhere else.

1 /5 Cynthia C: I paid for a 12 piece chicken and got back to Crawfordville with 8 pieces. Paid for 2 biscuits. They were hard as Rocks and inedible. I don’t think she knows how to count to 12. It was 5:00 in the afternoon on Saturday. They are open until 10:00. She was out of drumsticks. Never offered to cook more of anything. She acted like what was already cooked was all she was going to have until closing. I feel sorry for anyone else that goes in there. Please count and check everything you order. It’s a disgrace to sell rock-hard biscuits and short someone 4 pieces of chicken. Please hire someone who can count and will actually sell food that is edible and not leave biscuits sitting out for hours and then sell then.
