1 /5 Helissa Whitney M Mc Clain: I’ve been coming here since I was little and today I waited over 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a hotdog. After waiting so long I asked the girl with dark hair who had her hair up in a ponytail how much longer it was going to be because I was very patient up until that point, I actually saw my food in the window for several minutes before I said anything. Well she said it’s going to be a few more minutes and I was just thinking that isn’t right so I told her I wanted a refund. Then the other older lady chipped in and said oh I’ll give you a refund, very snarky. That’s when the girl with darker hair said oh I think this is your food right here. Well the other snarky older lady wasn’t having it, she wasn’t giving me that food she was going to give me a refund. You sure showed me lady! I hope someone talks to you about how to treat customers because you know exactly what you were doing bagging peoples orders that weren’t even there, that had called in after I ordered and then walking off while I stood there waiting for my food that was getting cold in the window. I don’t have any reason to spend my money here anymore. It’s nothing like it used to be, the hospitality or the food.
And it’s funny to me how the older lady was doing everything so slow but jumped up and hurried up to give me a refund. I got there at 5:55 and didn’t leave until 6:40 with nothing but my money back which was almost $30 for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 hot dog and 1 kids meal. I ended up going to McDonalds and got 3 meals for $15 in about 2 minutes.
