Hardees - (Near Madison, GA)

1 /5 Lisa Abbott: I normally stop in here a few times a week and order stuff. However today was different the little girl working the front counter was rude and seemed to be annoyed that I dare walk in there to place an order. Due to breakfast not being served yet I got the big hot ham combo the food was good, the front girl was rude saying here you go your order and pushing it on me when I asked for ketchup I was given 3 packs now I need more ketchup than that for an order of fries. So I asked for some more, she rudely replies saying you only need and get 1 packet... are you freaking serious, you charge me 10.79 for a small (6 bite) hot ham sandwich and a little more than a handful of fries and your telling me I only get 1 packet of ketchup. I wont be back. I ended up using 6 packs of ketchup.

1 /5 Warren Morgan: I came here to get breakfast and I walked up to the counter and stood there for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Not surprising I heard employees in the back talking amongst each other and have no care about customers. This happened at 9:45am 12/24. Manager, please address this issue.

3 /5 Ridin Durty Radio (Vic XL): Im normally not a big fan of truck stop fast food restaurants but I must say this location was fairly decent...the cashier was very friendly and out order was hot and tasty.... good job

1 /5 Sara: If the guy isnt working the drive thru, you can expect your order to be wrong. Anytime he works, we dont have issues, and he has a funny personality. If the woman are working, you can expect them to get every single thing wrong. I dont know if they cant hear or just dont care. This Hardees is horrible without that guy working.

1 /5 Dawn Smith: At 6:30am, I ordered a Super Bacon biscuit. What I got was cold. Everything was cold. The bacon was undercooked, floppy and cold. The egg was cold. The cheese could be removed in an entire piece, because it was COLD. The kicker was ... the inside of my cold biscuit was wet. Wet and gummy. The entire thing was not edible as it was served, and due to my already having left, I couldnt return for a refund. Check your bags folks. BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Also .... dont yall have openers? Why was the oil cold? Why were there several people waiting on fryer items, at 6:30am?! Do better. Seriously.
