Hixson’s Heavenly Creations & Delights, LLC - (Near Thomson, GA)

J Lla First time trying Town Center Tavern. It was a Thursday around 1:30 pm and the restaurant was nearly full, which is usually an indicator a restaurant is good. Well, this place didnt disappoint!! I was greeted and seated promptly. The waitress was very nice and knew the menu well. My son and I ordered the fried rib appetizer and then we ordered and shared the two meat bbq plate. They even separated it onto two different plates which was great. Most places Ive been to just bring you one plate so you can seperate it yourself. It was nice they did it for us!! I didnt get a picture but their fried rib appetizer was delicious (4 ribs for $10). The two meat bbq plate ($19) was delicious! We got pulled pork and sausage. The sausage was my sons choice as Im not usually a fan of it. The sausage was delicious!! Not your typical bbq sausage from around here, more like Polish kielbasa. I could have eaten five servings it was so good!! The pulled pork was delicious also. It was tender and juicy and also had a great smokey flavor. I would get it again and again. Lets move to the bbq sauce. Why arent these guys bottling and selling this stuff?! It is perfect!! Not too sweet, not too vinegary, not too spicy, also not too tomatoey. It was almost the best part of the meal. The fries, unfortunately not my favorite part of the meal. I wish the menu had mentioned they were seasoned. They were tasty but a little over-seasoned for my liking. So be forewarned, you may want to ask them to go light on the seasoning. They were hand cut and otherwise perfect - not too greasy or soggy!! The salad was a salad. Neither good nor bad. I did enjoy it. It wasnt all romaine or iceberg. It did have a nice texture and bite with the variety of lettuces in the salad. I will definitely return. You should go too if you havent!!

Jakob Walker The food was great, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich which was a bit too sweet for my liking, but still tasty. My mother ordered the cheeseburger which was very good. Finally my father ordered the patty melt, which he said was great. When you order a meal you have the choice of fries, fried okra, or onion rings which are a small upcharge. The okra was amazing. The food was ready quickly after we ordered, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Alyssa Melvin Food is delicious and the service is spectacular!! Best pork belly I’ve ever had and the heirloom grits just melt in your mouth! Calm vibes and music is trendy but not too loud which is fabulous when you want to talk to a friend across the table. Highly recommend!

Larry Johnson This place just reopened with new owners of Saddle Up. Its a complete turn around and major upgrade from what it used to be. Everything is clean and fresh. The food is absolutely amazing and the bartenders are so friendly. Ill definitely be coming back.

Greg Kimball I recently visited Curious Kitchen at 42 Main St #1b, in Senoia, GA. I spent a very nice lunch here. I was quickly met at the front counter and directed to a table. My drink order was taken while I decided on a lunch choice. I placed my order and it came out timely. My server was very attentive and my food choice was delicious. A good choice
