Huddle House - (Near Homerville, GA)

kyra re I’ve been here before and never had an experience like this. The food was terrible. I specifically asked for fresh plantains, and I was still given old ones. When I mentioned it, nothing was corrected. To make things worse, the owner became visibly upset over a simple drink swap. My friend ordered a Sprite, and I asked to exchange it for coconut water, which is the same price. I even offered to pay the difference just to avoid conflict, even though the prices were identical. The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely disappointing—especially coming from the owner. I won’t be returning.

Wesley Hodge I want to make sure to get this manager the notice she does deserve.. It was a bit busy when we came and Lauren was running all over the place making sure staff was getting everything customers before us ans drive were good she was smiling plus encouraging the staff to stay focused and push the new items. But also making sure all customers felt welcome and like family. I even forgot what we like. She sold us on cheese and sweets plus also extra sauces which then I actually now know we need three.. But we came back couple days later and she remembered almost are entire order.. Thats a gem..

Bri I have had previous experiences here that weren’t so good. However, the crew working this morning was great! It seemed the a skeleton crew since it was earlier in the morning and they were deep cleaning. I busted my tire while passing through and I stopped in here to ask where I could get my tire fixed. Every single one of the employees were trying to help me. They had incredible customer service. I really appreciate it, yall! :)
