4 /5 Ashley R: The food was good. The potatoes were the best thing in life lol the beignets were light and fluffy, not oily like cafe du monde in New Orleans. The shrimp and grits were good;however, I wish the shrimp had a better sauce or char on them. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

The grits were smooth and simmered to a perfect, comforting texture, with just enough richness to complement the dish without feeling heavy. The shrimp were tender, well-seasoned, and beautifully cooked, adding a coastal flavor to every bite. Altogether, it felt like a warm Southern classic done exactly right. It had a kick with spices but didn’t bother. Loved it!

5 /5 Susan Randolph: We enjoyed our visit! Highly recommend. The food was delicious. The beingets were the best Ive ever had. The service was quick and the atmosphere wrapped up the perfect breakfast. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and efficient. We will be back!

5 /5 Michael P: We came to Huey’s with a big group of 19 people, including adults, teens, and seniors (one using a wheelchair scooter), and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They handled our group really well, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food, drinks, and desserts. The whole menu seemed to hit the spot for everyone, which isn’t easy with a group that size. We ordered a few rounds of beignets to share and they were amazing, definitely a highlight. The staff made sure we were comfortable, and even with such a large party, everything came out smoothly. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Savannah. It was a great experience all around.

4 /5 Traci: My partner and I enjoyed most of our meal here besides the fried chicken Benedict which was, sadly, severely overcooked and way too salty. We ended up taking the chicken off as it was almost inedible. I loved their breakfast potatoes! The beignets were fabulous, especially the accompanying praline sauce, and the coffee was decent.
