Missy Bradshaw Special thanks to Hailey for going above & beyond to help coordinate HMS Braves Baseball meals. She is a gem & was a huge blessing countless times throughout the 2024 season. Subway is lucky to have such an amazing, caring, bright, young lady working for them.

Natalie Ward We used Moe’s for catering and everything was fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and arrived right on time. The setup was easy, and everyone loved the build-your-own bar. Great service and great value—we’ll definitely use them again!!!

Old Man Overland Asked a local and got this recommended spot….. a+++ Excellent service and great Mexican food at a great price!!!!! Interesting menu with some non-mexican items. Who orders a cheeseburger at a mexican joint? Apparently, according to our server, it is a local fav!!!!

Dougs Place - Emerson

Ben Bredeson Summary: Fantastic food, warm service, and owners who genuinely care. Doug’s delivered an incredible meal for my family when we needed it most, and it’s become one of my favorite places to eat. Details: I can’t say enough good things about Doug’s. I’ve eaten here plenty of times—usually a meat-and-three—and it’s always been delicious with the kind of friendly service that makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time walking through the door. The new owners are doing a wonderful job keeping Doug’s exactly what it’s always been: a true community spot that cares about the people it feeds. This Thanksgiving, though, they went above and beyond. One of the owners, Pam, worked with me on a small catering order for the day after the holiday. My father was just diagnosed with a terminal illness and hasn’t felt up to leaving the house. She helped me put together a Thanksgiving meal so my parents, my wife, and I could still share the holiday with him at home. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and comfort-food in the truest, most heartfelt way. The ham and the squash casserole were standouts, the kind of dishes that taste like someone’s grandmother made them with real care. It meant more than I can say. Doug’s is a fantastic place to eat, but it’s also the kind of place that reminds you what a local restaurant can be: good folks serving good food and taking care of their neighbors. I’m grateful for them.
