IHOP - (Near Jackson, GA)

2 /5 Tyler Johnson: Very disappointed in my experience at this IHop location. Service 5/5 - The host/waitress Samantha was great seating and waiting on tables. I can tell shes the stand out worker of their associates as the kitchen staff were incredibly loud and obnoxious. Food 2/5 - This is where things took a turn for me. I ordered the simple 2 egg, bacon, hash brown, and 2 pancake special. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were overcooked. The bacon was rubbery, and the hash browns were burnt on the top and barely warm in the middle I didnt even finish them. The pancakes I ordered were the Mexican tres leches, they were very tough. Had to saw them with my butter knife to get them to come apart. They barely had any of the caramel syrup they were almost just plain pancakes I used regular maple syrup to add some flavor. These pancakes at other ihops are very fluffy can cut them with just my fork and I never had to use other syrups before because they came with ample amount of flavoring. Atmosphere 3/5 - Tables were clean, normal ihop decor, music was a little loud but not experience dampening. Summary TLDR: Seating and ordering service was great. Food left much to be desired dont come here expecting the peak ihop experience as far as food goes.

3 /5 Tajiah Ruth Swaringen-Gray: Server was good till I asked for the to go and the didnt see the waiter after that even though I was still drinking coffee and had flag a waiter down to get creamer. Not the best. Clean, but the office door was open and the office is an accident waiting to happen with boxes and water on the floor available for customers to see. Kitchen looks clean. Didnt see one waiter clean there hands and touched their hands and other stuff numbers of times. Cleaning of tables and no wiping of tables.. Customer was standing for 5 minutes waiting to pay while waiter was in the back just standing talking. . Also I was not being not paid attention too. Food was good. Had the chicken fried steak, eggs and toast and coffee. It was good.

1 /5 Amber Utter: UPDATE: the owner reached out and asked if we please come back so she could make it right! So today we did just that. The food was absolutely amazing this time. I hope it stays that way when she isn’t there. Wonderful job today loved it! Oh no no no! Family and I came to this location tonight for New Year’s Eve meal and the most pitiful food was sat on our table. We told our server that the omelette was absolutely unacceptable, she agreed and took it back to the kitchen. About 5 mins later she walks back out to our table with the same omelette and says “ they said this is what it is supposed to look like” we said absolutely not but wasn’t going to argue. Told our server that my burrito didn’t have the sausage links either, she asked if I wanted her to take it to the back and get it fixed and I told her no just bring me some on the side, while she’s back there my husband cuts into this “omelette “ and there’s plastic in it!!!! No toppings what so ever on the cinna stack pancakes. By this time I’ve had enough and decided we were just going to go to Wendy’s. So upset we didn’t take pictures. Poor server was so nice and great too. Those cooks are awful!
