5 /5 Bill Treadway: You folks know I like little bitty sidewalk diners... especially BBQ joints. This place looks right, smells right, TASTES right, and is a slice of real live Southern Americana. Sandwich was large and juicy. Yum! Had some coleslaw which was very tasty. Its made with the addition of sweet pickles... Now Im not a fan of sweet pickles generally, but I am a fan of this slaw because the pickles dont overpower the mix. Had the most delicious piece of pineapple cake I think has ever passed my teeth. You cant go wrong with this porcine palace! Also picked up some hot sauce perfected by the proprietor. Some mild, some wild. Get some! Oh, and dont let the U-Haul outlet get in your way of some top notch grub for your feed bag.
