Jalisco Mexican Grill #2 - (Near Milledgeville, GA)

1 /5 Emma Nauss: The service was terrible. My two friends and I came out to have Mexican to cheer us up. I believed she assumed that since we were college students we were not going to tip and that we were not worth it. However, we are all servers ourselves and know how it is/ how important a tip is. As we were eating the cheese dip, we noticed a long black thick hair. I pulled it out, grossed out, My blonde friend put the hair back in so we could say something to the server. when the server came back over with our food, we told her about it. She claimed that the hair wasn’t in our cheese dip before, accusing us of putting hair in the cheese dip. There are two blondes at the table and a curly brown hair girl ALL with hair up. We asked for a new cheese dip and never got it, instead we watched her eat at the bar. We got the fajitas for two and had to get up to get our own plates after eating off of tinfoil for a few minutes. Never got another cheese dip, never got acknowledged after food was sat down. AND the cheese dip sat at our table while we ate the whole time. After finally getting our check, the cheese dip was still on it and the tab wasn’t split like we asked. Finally, we went and talked to somebody who was very accommodating and nice. Took the cheese dip off for us split the checks and gave us more customer service in two minutes with the way she talked to us than our server had the whole time. I recommend you do not eat here. If you do decide to eat here beware that there is a 3% charge to your card and you need to bring cash. Our server had reddish hair.

5 /5 Rebecca Beck: Really enjoyed our dinner at Jaliscos. Theyre food was great, the atmosphere is comfortable with plenty of elbow room between tables. Our service was awesome!!

5 /5 Mike Bovard: I stopped in for lunch at this location because it was conveniently located in the Mall Plaza. I had other business in the area and decided to give it a try. Upon entering I was promptly greeted and shown to a table. A waitress appeared within seconds followed by chips and salsa. I got a cheese dip and a lunch combo. I was delighted by the size of the portions. I was quite hungry and enjoyed every bite. The pricing is very reasonable for lunch and I will definitely be back again. If you’re in the area and are considering stopping in, you should. With bottomless chips and salsa, hot and tasty favorites, and a full bar for those who are in the liquid lunch diet.

2 /5 Valerie Goerner: A large group of retired couples regularly went for Taco Tuesday.Initially we had great service from a younger man (maybe college aged). However, he stopped working on Tuesday nights and our service quickly declined. Little to no service after food delivered and zero offers of refills. We started noticing that our bills were consistently wrong and when we tried to bring this to the managers attention he couldve cared less. One couple had four tacos and soda their credit card was charged for over 50.00. We no longer eat at this restaurant.
