3 /5 D Scott Cook: In town for work. Coworker and I passed this joint earlier in the day and decided to try it. The interior is no frills, not much in decor. Theres a buffet once you enter. The staff is very efficient and quick to help you to decide.
I had their dark meat chicken combo with a side of pinto beans and stewed tomatoe/okra. They ran out of dark meat so I got a leg and two wings. They also gave me two cornbreads. My coworker got their white fish combo.
The chicken was seasoned well, but was a bit on the greasy side. The beans and stewed tomatoe/okra were tasty but lacked salt. Overall we had a decent meal.
