KFC - (Near Eastman, GA)

1 /5 Jason Wiggins: I am a local so i know this is the bottom of the Eastman restaurant barrel. My expectations were set at zero, and KFC once again, delivered a zero performance. However, my urge to try the new wings made me come back after a 4 year absense due to what im about to type out yet again. Why does it take an hour and 13 minutes to get 12 wings? Everytime they would drop wings the drive thru workers would grab them for all the customers pulled up waiting on their orders. I was the only person inside when I ordered. An hour and 13 minutes later there were 12 other orders pending in the dining room area. They should close the dining room and go to drive thru only. However, people waiting in the "out of sight, out of mind" pull up drive thru area were coming in inquiring about the wait time. I have zero clue how they are still in business. We were told they were waiting on the biscuits by some lady recovering from a chin procedure. However myself and 3 others waiting behind me had no biscuits in our orders. The kicker is, the people with biscuits in their orders got their food first over us standing around for over an hour.

5 /5 Peaches Smith: Tried KFC fried chicken sandwich for the very first time and was pretty impressed. For some reason most places excludes Lettuce and tomatoes. A little more fries could have helped to fill the container. I also added their Buffalo sauce to my sandwich, of which I throughly enjoyed! I will give them a try again... though it wasnt a $10 meal, but hey, EVERYBODY has gone up on their prices.

1 /5 None Ya: Everytime I come in here it takes FOREVER. There can be nobody in here even. Tonight I witnessed a lady ask for her money back. Her whole family ate and then hers still wasn’t done. Every else in here doesn’t have the food either. I don’t either. Y’all need new employees

1 /5 tj barton: I got the 5 piece tenders and they were cold and hard. The staff was on their phones and most of the tables were dirty. And the staff ignored the customers and had to wait 15 minutes to order and when we got the food it was old and nasty. The staff was rude and had an attitude. I had to go somewhere else

5 /5 Marsha Overby: Ive always enjoyed coming here. They are always friendly and nice. And they always get my orders to me in decent time.
