KFC - (Near Jesup, GA)

1 /5 Linda Cordry: Employee at register behaved as though HE was put upon to do his job! Chicken had OBVIOUSLY been sitting out and NOT being kept warmed, de-boned and fed it to my dogs!!! Biscuits (2) were ROCK HARD and cold, too!!! Overall, (didn’t want to cook and haven’t had fried chicken in ages, had to have it, now sorry I did!!!) I wasted my gas and my $14, the ONLY thing that was good is my Mountain Dew!!! First time ever visiting this KFC and it is my last!!! As someone that has worked in customer service I know it sucks, that there are rude and hateful people that come in but DAMN!!! Come on KFC Jesup, GA, you have to do better!!! ETA: stomach issues began less than 12 hours after eating the drumstick and piece of biscuit (hadn’t had food for more than 12 hours before purchasing KFC meal and stomach still isn’t right if you get my drift!!! Not sure that it was food poisoning but damn!!! I don’t eat fried food normally but had to have it!!! GROSS!!!

1 /5 Gracie Keen: I went through the drive through and was asked to pull up when there was no one in front or behind me. Which is fine, but I sat there for 30 mins and someone behind me came and got their food instantly! What was the point of this?! I only order a small chicken box too like what the heck. I will not being coming back cause this service is just shitty.

2 /5 Tess Teal: Buyer Beware! I waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru for a 16 piece family meal. I asked for all dark meat. I got home and found dark meat on the top, but wings and breasts on the bottom. Looks like they intentionally hid the breasts and wings. I waited over 35 minutes and they hid the fact that they didnt give me what I asked for and wasted my time. Over $50 and didntget what I asked for. I wont be going back

5 /5 cassidy packer: I placed my order at the wrong location. The drive thru lady came outside in a pouring lightening storm to help me resolve this! She was phenomenal. I am thankful for her kindness.
