Krystal - (Near Waycross, GA)

1 /5 Donna Bunkley: Waited around for 15 minutes, ordered a couple of spicy chiks,. Tots and water. One person walking around getting coffee, maybe on break not sure. 2 people in back. Was told biscuits were cooking, one other couple inside eating. Finally get our food and have to eat on the go... burnt biscuits. If I didnt ha e somewhere else to be at that time, I would have turned around and had my money refunded. Very disappointing.

3 /5 Josie Thanscheidt: I would love to give 5 stars bu this place needs an friendly workers,I waited for someone to take my orders and theres 3 people are working. No costumers at the drive thru the theres only 2 people in the dining eating. They just standing there and talking.

2 /5 Garrett Farr: I honestly dont think ive had a good experience here since I started to drive myself, and that was 10 years ago. The staff generally sound like they dont care to work here, and its probably because theyre understaffed. So I get it. Countless times ive gone and there was no food in stock. Breakfast and lunch. Today, i went for breakfast and staff told me no tea was available, and no fried eggs... it is 9am on a Sunday. I drove off and remembered why I stopped giving my money to thus establishment. I have no issues anywhere else, except this Krystals. No matter the time of day, they let me down, without fail. Its sad because I do enjoy the food... when I can get it.

2 /5 Kim Chavez: If a customer says they want four plain Krystal’s don’t assume they want nothing on it. It could mean they want the regular Krystal’s or Krystal’s without cheese. Please ask the customer by plain do you mean you want the regular Krystal’s without cheese or do you mean you want just the bun and hamburger only. I was disappointed that your employe did not ask my mom this. I did tell my mom do not say the word “plain” to them, just say “regular” because it was disappointing to get just nothing on the hamburger.

4 /5 Caroline Figueroa: 1st time trying this food chain, it was packed to go automatically, I wanted a snack as I was waiting on a patient, and for the price, it was good. Loved the fries. If you want napkins, ketchup, etc. You have to ask my bag didnt have any.
