Little Japan Restaurant - (Near Hartwell, GA)

2 /5 Yami :o: Me and my friend usually come on a daily basis and it usually doesn’t take that long to be seated. I mean it’s absolutely fine if it takes a while to seat as it can get busy but the lady saw us standing there when we got there and she just stared at us as if we weren’t waiting to dine in and another group walked in and she immediately seated but we were there first waiting patiently and I went to make eye contact with the lady and she just gave me a disgusted glare and so we just left. She was the only one that treated us like that. every other worker was welcoming and nice.The food is always good and for the most part clean, but me personally I wouldn’t want someone like working in my establishment.

3 /5 Joseph Johansen: The wife liked her Poké bowl, but they charge for items added $1.50 for a few pieces of shredded carrot and $1,50 for a few beans of edamame. I had the chicken teriyaki, it was the worst I ever had. The chicken was dry and old. First time I ever bad teriyaki chicken. Hope they do better for someone else.

5 /5 Floyd Rager: The lunch specials cant be beat. I ordered the shrimp and was very surprised at the amount of shrimp i got. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki and enjoyed it. Service was great. When asked if a dish could be made a picy they added hot peppers when cooking. The sushi was not only large and delicious but was priced great. Will definitely be going back!

1 /5 Elowyn: I saw this place and saw their menu had takoyaki on it. This is the only reason why I stopped by. I ordered takoyaki and fried calamari to start with. Dont know my waiters name (never got the name) but the server was very lackluster. Granted, I told them I was waiting on a plus one, but it took what seemed like forever for him to bring me a drink, to ask if I wanted to start with any appetizers, and I didnt even get a condiment rack. Not even after my actual entrée came out. The food was sub-par. The fried calamari was overcooked and salty. The "Yakiniku Beef with fried rice" is just chopped up carrots and onion with pan-seared steak and peppered rice. I asked for medium-rare when they might as well just given me well done. What kind of fried rice is JUST peppered rice with NO flavor? Dont call it fried rice. The only thing REMOTELY good was the takoyaki and thats just me trying to see a positive in a place where there isnt one. Overall, 40USD in this economy for a poorly cooked and embarrassing menu is outrageous. I dont recommend this place at all, unless you hate your taste buds. Then be my guest.

5 /5 Samantha Garcia: The young lady was a wonderful waitress and very helpful with us. This was mine, my Momma and daughters first time. The food was amazing and we will be back again when in town Hartwell.
