1 /5 Victoria Veronica: I’ve been to this LongHorn Steakhouse twice, seven years apart, and unfortunately both experiences were equally disappointing—so much so that I left the restaurant both times without being served.
From the moment we walked in, the front staff was rude and unwelcoming. The young ladies at the host stand looked at us as if we didn’t belong there, which immediately set a negative tone. The first visit, about seven years ago, we were seated in a booth but never assigned a server. We waited nearly 30 minutes with no acknowledgment. Eventually, we were told there were no tables available for us—even though other guests continued to walk in and be seated at booths and tables. Today’s visit was a repeat of the same experience. The same dismissive attitude, the same lack of care, and again we ended up leaving. At this point, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue but a pattern of poor customer service and mismanagement. I expect basic courtesy, honesty, and professionalism when dining out. Sadly, this location has failed on all counts—twice.
