Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant - (Near Cartersville, GA)

5 /5 J. Terry McCombs: It was our first time dining at Los Arcos and we were very impressed. The food, atmosphere and service (thanks Banelly) were all perfect. Since were from out of town, we wont be able to dine here often. But when we return, Los Arcos will be on the top of our dining list.

5 /5 Tom Walsh: Well its a long time coming waiting for the construction of the parking area. But well worth the wait. Unfortunately for us we pulled into the old parking got out of the car and walked up to the patio and theres no way to get in. Some kind people told us where the new parking area was and we moved and found the front door. And it was great to come in again the restaurant looks fabulous as always love the colors love this game love the e as they say vibe. We were seated quickly our server came up and took care of us right away. We got our drink of course a margarita. And then ordered our dinner. Food came out fairly quick and was delicious. Our server check back on us couple of times. Also two different managers stop by to make sure everything is okay. Cant ask for more than that in a restaurant nowadays when a lot of times you never ever going to see the manager. It seems like they really care here about being back open and making sure the customer service and experience was worth the wait which of course it was. So overall a great new parking area easier to get in off the street, the interior the restaurant is always is vibrant, the food is superior and excellent service! What more could you ask for you need to stop by and come again or if youve never been here for experience for the first time

4 /5 iamtriplec: This was the first time we had went to Los Arcos in a couple of years. Was nothing to their account, just the fact that we hadnt been in the area and wanted Mexican food. They have remodeled since we had last visited. The new parking lot and setup looks nice. Bad thing is there is not a good way to access the front door unless you park in the new parking lot. We decided to stop by after church. The wait wasnt long for the 4 of us (we went recently with a party of 9 and there was very little wait as well) with the restaurant being quite busy. Getting our order really didnt take that long. My wife got the (I believe the name is) Arcos nachos (has the 3 meats), kids got beans and rice and a quesadilla. I went with the hot wings. I cant say much for their food other than it looked delicious and they finished all their food. I can say that the salsa had a little too much on the tomato flavor. The wings were good and meaty. The hot flavor wasnt that hot at all, but had a good flavor. The total cost was around $50 for the 4 of us. We would (and have) return again. They do offer a military discount.
