I purchased a reusable cup, but unfortunately discovered that the lid has a crack, which prevents the cup from sealing properly. I returned to the location to request an exchange, as the item was defective, but was informed that an exchange would not be possible and that I would need to purchase another cup if I wanted one that functioned correctly.
I was disappointed by this outcome, as I did not expect a newly purchased item to be unusable due to a defect. I have always appreciated the quality of products and customer service at Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience stood out.
I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it can be reviewed and addressed going forward. Thank you for taking the time to read my message.
