McDonalds - (Near Cochran, GA)

2 /5 Sandra Coburn: We ordered through the kiosk, and paid there too. We asked for our drinks one coffee and a medium coke. I was given a cup but they wouldnt give my husband his coffee until the food came. There was one guy that just stood at the cash register starring out the windows, seriously. They forgot the sauce for the nuggets, we had to go ask for it. The food wasnt good.

1 /5 cloud nose: Had a bad experience today. Taking out an order and a employee held open the door to go talk to four other employees that was blocking the second door and the door the employee was holding open. So I waited as I knew I couldnt get through and the employee rudely told me to come on very low as in for me not to hear her.

1 /5 Dan Leek: Just got home from McDonald’s. I ordered Crispy chicken deluxe meal large with coke and add cheese and a double quarter pounder sandwich. This was in the drive thru. The line was long and so was the wait. Was not given a receipt. So, the crispy chicken sandwich was missing the cheese and I got a regular quarter pound sandwich. I’m am tired of spending good money and not getting what I order from this establishment. Quality and accuracy is not part of this McDonald’s policy. Just take orders and get them close to what you want and send the customer on the way. I think management needs to start enforcing work rules and process among them selves and get the crew to do what is needed properly. Next time I’m asked to go and park, I’m gonna say no. I will wait at window and once I get my order, I will stay at the window and check each item I ordered to make sure it is correct. If it’s not, I’ll stay at the window til they fix the problem.

1 /5 Riley Jones: Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The manager running was very rude. The only positive was my food was hot, but that was negated by the fact that I didn’t get the right food. Which I didn’t realize till I’d left already.

1 /5 James Garges: Got food delivered since we had a late night. 2 of the sandwiches smelled like cigarettes. Tried to call and no answer. 10/27/25 945pm absolutely gross and had to give my food to my daughter
