McDonalds - (Near Cairo, GA)

1 /5 melly: App is useless. Used it 3 times. They wont start making the order until i walk in to pick up my food. They did this even after i complained about it. I dont think they like people using the app. Very bitter and unhappy people. I stopped going there

1 /5 John Taylor: Oh how I wish I didnt have to give this location even 1 STAR. What an awful experience. (Speed of service was extremely long, Incorrect order and lastly HAIR on my Food.) Please enjoy these pictures and take my recommendation of not visiting this location. The staff are rude, service is clearly not their top priority and lastly, the unsanitary preparation of their food needs the attention of local Health Code Inspectors. Yes, I have the receipt and will be happy to share with Management to prove my purchase, date, time and location. Social Media here I come, because this far beyond acceptable.

But I dont go here often, but when I do, they can only handle one car at a time and even then, expect to be there waiting for someone to serve you. Which is exactly why I dont go. Ive done a few mobile orders and still Im always left waiting for atleast 10 mins. Im not even exaggerating, its ridiculous............

1 /5 Sara Grey: I called the location in Cairo ga on an October 23rd on Thursday at 9:20 I called over 3 times no answer. So I went to the app, it was not working for my payment information so I wanted to ask a simple question if I could use my payment information in the drive thru due to me not having my card on me. If not then I would try a different food chain. After my card wasnt working I called again over 15 TIMES. I checked the time it was already 10:20. This location and costumer service was absolutely horrible, awful, and just rude. Get some employees who can actually do their damn job. I just wanted to feed my mom and my siblings.

1 /5 Liz Hancock: Honestly if i could i would give this place 0 stars. I went there yesterday and had placed an online order for breakfast. I wasn’t aware that the order doesn’t start until you get there, I thought the whole point of ordering online was ordering ahead. So I get there and pull up to the speaker and one of the workers were so rude and nasty towards me. Honestly something needs to be done about the employment here. It’s been multiple times where they have always had a rude and nasty attitude.
