Mitas Kitchen - (Near Douglasville, GA)

Mark Easler Michael and Deb are the fun couple. They really enjoy entertaining their customers and the food there is fantastic! I recommend their pizza and Reuben (I don’t think they serve the Reuben sandwich anymore). The atmosphere is very family and friends cozy. They have live entertainment and offer trivia night too. This place makes me feel like I’m back in Athens, GA for a game weekend. Fun place and good food!

Stefanie Bryant The hibachi here is some of the best Ive had. The clear soup isnt great, and the ginger salad is kinda meh. Service is pretty good. I never felt neglected. This is a pretty affordable place. Theres a strange juxtaposition of music and appearance. Modern music, but a pretty run down appearance inside. I recommend it, but its definitely not the nicest looking place Ive been to.

April Spayd Shane knows a thing or two about ribs, chicken and pork. Everything was hot when delivered, large portions and tasted homemade. Beans were cooked perfect, tasted fresh and hot. Fries were just crispy enough, non greasy and we laughed that they must use clean oil because the French fries tasted fresh and clean. Mac and cheese was on point. Ribs were fall off the bone at first bite. Chicken was just right; not soggy and definitely not dry. Pulled pork was also delightful. We brought a whole box of leftovers back and ordered peach cobbler to go. Do not leave here without the cobbler. Otherwise, what is the point in enjoying all of that spread, if you don’t finish it off with the sweet taste of Shane’s mommas peach cobbler!?!?!?

Bailee Copeland Absolutely beautiful place with delicious food!! My favorites are the sweet chili shrimp app & the Tropical Salmon!! The restaurant is right on the water and you can even drive your boat straight up to it & park it there while you eat. They have fun things always going on like karaoke and live bands playing. Highly recommend checking Marina Station out!

Shawntavia Webb Today was my first time at Sugar Cakes and it was a good first experience. It was nice and clean. I order the chicken salad sandwich with fries and Cesar salad. I also had a peach almond croissant. The Cesar salad was good but over dressed and took away from the crisp romaine. I would ask for the dressing on the side next time. The sandwich was delicious. The grapes really gave the chicken salad a burst of flavor. I loved that it was on a croissant. The fries were also good and they had the perfect amount of salt on them. The peach and almond croissant was good. I loved the glaze in the croissant. I will definitely be back.
