5 /5 Logan Weber: This place had an outstanding atmosphere, its inviting and elegant. Our waiter was excellent as was the chef who prepared our meal..IT WAS UNREAL, I already cant wait to go back. I had the tenderloin & toast and my wife had the raviolis. The tenderloin melted in our mouth. Since this is also a bourbon & martini bar I decided I wanted to try the blacklisted martini and it did not disappoint. To finish the night off we had their tiramisu for desert making my wifes birthday dinner a huge success. It was the perfect mix of espresso, sweet and creamy. I fear this place will be hard to get a table at in the very near future! 10/10

5 /5 Emily Rutledge: First time visiting Oak & Olive was a fantastic experience. We only came for pre-dinner drinks but will definitely be back for the cocktails and to try the food as well. Drinks were AMAZING. A little pricey but absolutely worth it in my opinion. Valdosta needed a true cocktail lounge. Would recommend Oak & Olive to everyone!

5 /5 Elena Hutch: Can’t wait to return! Looking forward to keep going as it grows! The service was wonderful. My only recommendation would be to get the drinks out a little bit faster if possible. Excited to try the food next time I go. The drinks are, of course, on the pricier side, but they are craft cocktails, which is to be expected ✨ even having a half off wine/beer day or a happy hour might help counter this and bring in more people in the future or increase the amount of drinks that are ordered. All in all, I really appreciate businesses like this opening up in Valdosta!

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place was created with intention, passion, and a commitment to excellence. The atmosphere is warm, elevated, and perfectly suited for a night out—whether you’re grabbing cocktails with friends or enjoying a full dinner. The food is phenomenal. The shrimp arrabiata and tenderloin were absolute standouts, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. And the halloumi? Next-level good. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every dish. The bar program deserves just as much praise. The espresso martini is top-tier, and the Old Fashioned might be the best in town—smooth, balanced, and crafted with obvious skill. Most importantly, I’m incredibly proud of the owners for bringing something this special to downtown Valdosta. Oak & Olive fills a much-needed niche and elevates the entire dining scene. Valdosta is lucky to have it. If you haven’t been yet, go. You’ll be blown away.
