Olive Garden Italian Restaurant - (Near Cartersville, GA)

5 /5 B Rabbit: I will not lie I’m not a huge fan of Olive Garden but since they were new in Cartersville, I thought I would try it for my birthday Our waitress was Kenzie B She was absolutely fantastic! She took care of us was very prompt, extremely friendly I was even more surprised by the amount of food, not only that came with our order, but before hand as well By the time our actual entrée came out, I was full! The salad, the breadsticks, the appetizer(stuffed Zita Frita) my Daughter and my mother had the chicken gnacchi soup AMAZING! Not with the food, but the whole experience was really good. I was really surprised and will definitely be Going back for seconds! The gentleman on the floor, whom I’m assuming was the manager was extremely nice as well. He came over spoke with us, asked us how things were. Amazing experience and dinner

5 /5 Patrick Woodall: We went last week for the endless pasta and really enjoyed our lunch. The servers went out of their way to help us celebrate with our friends tough news. They even brought out cake! Good food and good service means we will be back very soon.

1 /5 DrinkMoreCoffee: Party of 10. Host’ stand was totally confused about which party was which and the lack of communication and confusion at the front desk was bad to start. Long wait for a table although the restaurant was not full. Once we got seated it took over an hour for entrees to come. The server mixed up the service and forgot several items and brought out plates we didn’t order. Sent the well done steak back that was the “medium rare”. Other food had been sitting on the line for who knows how long. Huge stacks of salad plates that the server ignored after coming back to the table at least a half dozen times. Finally we dumped the stacks of plates on the table behind us they had just bussed. A front end manager came by but she didn’t have any clue how to solve the many issues with service and food orders. Finally about 2.5 hours in the manager came by and partially made it right by comping some food and discounting the ticket. However even that took several back and forth communications between the table, the server, and the manager. Sad because obviously someone spent a lot of money on this location but we won’t be back and the people who read this reviews and the many other like it will also go elsewhere.

5 /5 Carson Burris: Gabriel was an amazing server! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and Gabriel checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. His positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had—would love to be served by Gabriel again!

5 /5 Cameron Ancheta: This was a great experience at the brand new Olive Garden in Cartersville. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar and immediately were recognized by the amazing bartender Kenleigh. She’s awesome and made sure everything went great with our order as well as our drinks. The food was delicious and I love the breadsticks. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs and my girlfriend ordered the spaghetti with marinara. The unlimited soup and salad was fantastic as well. There was so much food that we had to take the rest home. All in all, the environment and service were exceptional. The prices were competitive and we will definitely be back.
