Nathan Waters So good the trays are empty. Al pastor, alambre, and chorizo tacos that are better than anything near or far. Nachos with cheese were just as legit. Absolutely outstanding flavors across the board. So happy to see Betos in OUR neighborhood.

Jeff Brown When we walked in it was noticeably clean and smelled very nice. Staff was kind and jumped up to get us seated. The chips and salsa is the best Ive ever had! The food was incredible, service was just as good. Prices were fair for sure! I will go here again next time I am in Athens. A must try!!

Connie Flynn Called in order and picked up at drive-thru. Best, most tender biscuits ever! I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Hubby had chopped steak with grilled onions, mashed taters and fried okra. All was good, home style cooking. Southern sweet tea. Just the kind of restaurant that HIAWASSEE needed! Perfect for vacationers just getting into town.

E. Lisa (Peachy in Georgia) Food is impeccable. Stopped in for lunch and walked out with WAY too much food. The creamy carrot soup was absolutely amazing - I got the small container but really should have taken the larger one so I could enjoy leftovers later. I didn’t KNOW! But I will for next time. My muffaletta sandwich was massive, stuffed with incredibly high quality meats and cheeses and the best salty and tangy olive salad. For dessert I had the strawberry parfait with strawberry cake layers. I was a little worried it would be too much strawberry but it was perfect. The whipped cream was definitely house made and had incredible flavor and meshed so well with the tangy, fresh strawberries. Chef Robert took great care of me and I even met the man himself, Easy B, who insisted I take a peanut butter cookie too that turned out to be one of the best I’ve eaten. There are lots of items you can take and make - casseroles, pimento cheese and chicken salads - as well as big beautiful cakes. You can stay and eat lunch in the building if you don’t want to take your meal to go like I did. Hidden gem, tucked away off Limestone. Don’t miss it!
