5 /5 Madhuri Gopinath: We stopped in town for the night and stepped into this wonderful restaurant on a Sunday evening. Jack was the one who made our drinks and attended to us while we were there. I will start by saying, Jack has impeccable people skills and attention to detail. He was kind, welcoming, accommodating and even gave us info about the town and the campus. He took interest in his customers and made it a point to make sure everyone that came in felt welcome. Jack - thank you for being so awesome! People like you make a place special and customers such as ourselves will always remember that and want to come back because we know the food is delicious and the service is stellar. Thank you.
As for the food - we got the deviled eggs, the creole bowl and the bulldawg crepe. The deviled eggs were perfection. The creole bowl was tasty- Not a large portion though. The bulldawg crepe was delectable! It’s a hearty meal so bring your appetite for this one! Definitely can share this one.
As for drinks, we came in on a night where it was half off mimosa , and “manmosa”(vodka,
Bubbly and orange juice) and bloody Mary’s! I don’t like citrus in my drink and Jack was able to substitute it with cranberry juice - the result, a very pretty & tasty drink. I realized I started a trend because the girls next to me ordered it too after seeing mine. Overall, 10/10 for food, service, ambience. Will be back when I stop by in Athens the next time.
