Subway - Washington
Rebecca Crowe We just went there after my son played a football game. The door was locked but it was 7:30 and there were signs it didn’t close until 10. There was a lady inside who was mopping and looked up but didn’t acknowledge us at all. We were at the door tying to get her attention. When we finally knocked on the window, she looked up but still didn’t greet us. We asked through the window if they were open and she motioned with her finger to come around to another door and then went back to ignoring us. She was extremely rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. She acted like we were a bother to her and we are the customers!! I hope her managers see this and she is written up! The customer service is AWFUL!! Pls hire people that have social skills!
