Pies on Post - A Social Eatery - (Near Cumming, GA)

larisa thomason We ate there 2 days ago, and it was delicious! My hubby and I looked for a vegetarian-friendly spot in Helen, GA that was also pet-friendly. We ended up at Nacoochee Villiage and Tavern. They have a nice, pet-friendly patio thats chill enough that our border collie mix didnt get anxious. Our server was attentive and friendly, with good drink recommendations. We ordered the "Tree Hugger" pizza, and it was delicious! Loaded with toppings, but the crust was still crisp and delicious. we loved that this restaurant is off the main drag in Helen, so its not too noisy to sit on the patio, and nobody tried to rush us away from our table. Five stars for the service, food, and atmosphere!

Wendy Dominguez Awesome food and service! Felt welcomed and at home as soon as we walked in the door! We are from out of town and enjoyed our little visit to the town and especially at this place! I tried the chili cheeseburger and ummm ummm so delicious!

Dizzy Don I ordered a couple of appetizers, including the salmon tataki. Ive only seen tuna tataki available at most places, so I wanted to try it. Delicious. No mackerel or baby octopus, which are 2 of my favs, but I knew that before I came here. I tried the black dragon roll pictured, really good too! I wasnt expecting much from this little place, but they surprised me. Everything was excellent, even the service!

Jeremi Sliger OMG, absolutely love this place. The food is fresh and taste like no other. To be able to sit in a non traditional restaurant atmosphere but in the trees, was perfect. You werent starting at cars or buildings. I had the catfish, and boy was it good. We always stop in when we are in town.

BackForty Mama Just go! My nephew picked this spot for lunch during our family camping trip to Pine Mountain. I didn’t even know what type of food they had but it did not disappoint! The servers were so friendly and gave great recommendations. I had the Sorrell to drink (a hibiscus, clove, cinnamon tasting tea) and ordered the salmon sandwich with steamed cabbage and carrots on the side. I haven’t stopped thinking about this meal or drink! It was incredible. Others in my party had smoothies and cold pressed juices, burgers, cheesecake, it was all delicious and the perfect spot to cool off for a bit during our trip. The music, the vibes, it was great!

Becky Turner Great service. Great atmosphere. Amazing frozen peach margarita. Extensive menu. Generous portions with plenty of meat. Worst cheese dip and salsa, Ive ever had. Both were tasteless and watery.
