3 /5 Lisa Gibbs-Holloway: Visited today based on others reviews. Portions are good. Food sat out too long in the pans. Meatloaf was very hard for the 3 pieces given. Mac and Cheese and Collards Greens were disappointing. Cabbage was seasoned good with crush peppers. 2 pieces of corn bread were hard to eat. We honestly couldnt finish the food. Very disappointed.

5 /5 Esha: I enjoyed my lunch takeout here. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Theres plenty of options to choose from on the menu. The food was delicious and good portions. I would dine here again.

5 /5 Joseph Reynolds: This is a first but won’t be a last time experience. The spot is very unassuming, sitting in a strip mall on Roswell Rd. You’ll note in 2 of the pictures Fried Whiting that was prepared while we waited and was piping hot. You’ll also note a turkey wing that was piping hot and falling off the bone. When was the last time you had a meal that was literally “finger-licking good”? This place had me sucking the sticky turkey juice off my fingers. The greens were prepared just right. Each item was seasoned to perfection. I could go on and on. But, I’ll let the last picture speak for our total experience.

4 /5 Felicia Johnson: This was my first time. Decided to try it out on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the turkey wing and dressing that came with 2 sides. I chose the cabbage and fried corn. I am not sure if its standard play, but when I order a Turkey wing, I would like the WHOLE wing. I was given the flap. It was very tender and delicious. For $19.99 it is worthy of a whole wing portion. The corn was good not sure what was fried about it. Pass on the cabbage. It was just cabbage. Someones momma was back there cooking the dressing though. You can dine in or take it to go. Mine was a carry out order. I will definitely go back to try other items on the menu and LOVE to see a black business thrive. PLEASE give the whole Turkey wing next time. For $19.99, youre still making a profit.

5 /5 Liz C: 1st time trying, and was not disappointed! Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS! My husband said the fried porkchops were crispy, and delicious! He said the meat loaf and potato salad were delicious, too! I had 3 veg plate. Mac n cheese, collards, and black eyed peas were ON POINT! We will be back when we are up this way. Thanks again! Friendly service and atmosphere!
