Rickys Steak and Buffet - (Near Bainbridge, GA)

5 /5 kaylee juarez: I’m usually very picky when it comes to buffets but my husband loves them so I make the occasional trip to one with him. I have to say the food here was excellent, I went out of my comfort zone and loved everything I tried. The banana pudding has to be one of the top 3 I’ve ever had it was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I even saw the manager walking around making sure the food stayed hot and fresh. Will definitely be coming again!

5 /5 Barton Cooper: Excellent food and service. A large selection of great country food, deserts and salad bar. They kept our drinks full before they were even close to empty. Ill definitely go back and visit. If you go, have a big appetite and enjoy.

5 /5 secret garden01: Stopped in my birthplace as a part of a recent trip passing through. Rickys was suggested by a family member who had visited Bainbridge. It was formerly a Golden Corral. With that it is huge inside. Their buffet had every southern dish you could hope to find. There is a steak station, dessert, drink and bread area. Its basically the same set up used by Golden Corral. The food area was kept clean, and well stocked. A nice touch was a box of gloves for the customers use for picking up the serving utensils. The food was great and the service was as well. I enjoyed my time there.

4 /5 Jacob Perry: I am not from town I’m from out of town on business here in Bainbridge. I’ve eaten at Ricky’s four times in the last week good solid comfort food. However I had a waitress today that was the rudest waitress that I have ever had in nearly 10 years of restaurant experience. She did not have a name tag on like the other servers otherwise I would be calling her out by name. She came by with my drink and told me that I needed to tip her because they are paid 2.38 and hour and that it “doesn’t go a long way” now I was a bartender and waiter for nearly ten years before working into ownership and I never once approached a guest like this. I’ve tipped everyone even the cashier when I’ve been here the last four times , and I will never eat at Ricky’s again because of this. It was the most insulting and appalling behavior I have ever experienced at a restaurant I then had to watch her argue with her manager who was nothing but respectful to her. Now from someone that travels to 30 plus states annually It’s sad because I really had started to like this place, but it definitely put an absolutely terrible taste in my mouth seeing how this employee represented her place of work. I will say this the owner and manager are super awesome as well as the rest of the staff and are the only reason this isn’t a one star review
