3 /5 Ronnie: On a Saturday night I found this place on google and decided to give them a try. I ordered mild and sesame asian wings, along with a family fry. The wait for my order was exactly 45 mins which I didn’t mind waiting since it was a Saturday night and no one wants to cook on Saturday night so they were slammed. Overall the wing flavors were pretty good and I liked the fresh crisp celery that comes with the wings. The fries were good but because they’re curly and thin they get cold pretty fast, so the fries were a pass for me. I had to knock a couple stars off because the wings were a little too crispy and fried too hard for my party’s liking. I’m not sure if you can ask for them to be prepared softer or less crispy but if so that’ll be better. I tried to place my order online but the online system was down. I also tried to call my order in 3 times within two hours before closing and no one would answer the phone. They’re also a little expensive for what they give you. I thought that they were just expensive as an impact from the pandemic and shortages, but another customer informed me that Rudyboo’s has been expensive well before the pandemic. YIKES.. Also be prepared to spend an extra 4% on your order for paying with a debit/credit card and not cash. I try not to carry cash for safety reasons and especially now since it’s still a pandemic and the less hand-to-hand contact the better, but I get it, they don’t want the surcharges from the card machine company.
I’d try Rudyboo’s again but I would try the other menu items and make sure I have cash.
