vickey ball Went for the crawfish and shrimp boil and the Gator bites!! Sooooo good!! We were greeted by a friendly man when we walked in and immediately felt welcome!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

We ordered 2 street taco orders - 1 pastor, 1 steak, and 1 carnitas taco each. Instead, we received 3 steak tacos and 3 carnitas tacos. They also completely forgot the beans we ordered.
The food quality was poor across the board. The rice was completely flavorless, and the meat was overly greasy.
The ordering process was already annoying - I had to repeat our simple order about 6 times to the person taking our order over the phone.
When I called to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund for the incorrect portions of our order, the customer service was appalling. The staff member gave no acknowledgment of the mistakes, never apologized, and seemed to struggle with basic conversation. She would go completely silent after I explained the issues, forcing me to ask if she was still there or if she understood what I was saying.
The combination of wrong orders, poor food quality, and terrible customer service makes this a place I cannot recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.
