5 /5 Sonja Saylor: This was our first buffet style restaurant we have eaten at on our van-life journey. Being newbies from California we needed some instruction on the protocol. We had a super nice waiter that had us approaching the sizable buffet like pros in know time. Everything looked fresh and it seemed like the choices endless. The food was really good and the price was incredible. The waiter suggested strongly that we would be missing out if we didn’t take some fudge cake for the road. He was right, it was amazing.

2 /5 TAlkIN aN CookiN: A server didnt even confirm if we left or not before we moving our drinks and utensils, a customer I assume had to remind her that we were busy getting more food. Not only that as somebody who has never been to shoney except for one time, it would be awesome if the servers will automatically let people know that if you get food from the buffet you cannot order food from the menu which I think is absolutely crazy in the first place but I wanted to get food from the buffet because I wasnt much food variety offered at the buffet so I also wanted to order extra food and I was told that was not allowed. The atmosphere wasnt that bad, it was pretty busy but people were friendly. The food offered at the buffet, in my opinion was not worth the price. Like it tastes good especially the French toast sticks but there was not enough variety for me to see it as a buffet, so the price for two people to eat at a "buffet", let me know that if I do want to try out this location again I will never waste money at the buffet.

5 /5 Surrency Terry n Sherry (Terry and Sherry): We love this restaurant enough to drive over an hour one way to eat here. The breakfast bar on Thursday nights is our favorite, but all are good. The staff is very friendly, whether on the phone or in the restaurant. Both food and service are great. It has become our favorite restaurant! (Bonus! The peach cobbler is amazing!). I hope they never lose their southern country charm and wonderful food.

4 /5 KThunder: This is a slice of nostalgia that took me back to the 80s . We were traveling through georgia when we found this gem and decided to eat. We got the burger, spaghetti, steak. And chicken stripe and if course the chicolate cake. It was all good, not great, but good. Its average bar and grill level food like you find at Applebees or chilis. I have to remember that nostalgia set the bar of expectation a bit high but all in all it was very good food with great servers. Food came out as fast as expected with this style restaurant. My regret was that I ordered from the menu and not the buffet. Its small but it looked great i just was not in the mood for fried chicken or pot roast, pretty much the two main meat offerings. The prices were very decent and we got a lot of food for that price.
