Kandyce Collins I just happened to be in the city for SpelHouse homecoming and this was my very first time visiting Party of Five after hearing great things. We were seated immediately! Taneisha was our server and she displayed some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in Atlanta by far! She was super attentive, knowledgeable and knew the menu like the back of her hand, was able to recommend some of the restaurant’s top choices, and answered any and every question I had regarding the menu. Our food was hot, arrived to the table in a timely manner and we didn’t experience any issues. We ordered mimosas by the bottle and I must say, they definitely crept up on us! Next, we got the lobster bites as an appetizer and I loved the plating. Very elegant! For entrees, we ordered the catfish and grits, as well as the chicken and waffles with a side of pancakes and eggs. The food? Long story short *chef’s kiss*! The level of professionalism and attentiveness that Taneisha showed has me wanting to come back to the restaurant, just for her…and I definitely plan on it. As someone who’s really big on customer service and satisfaction, she hit the nail on the head. To me, first impressions are lasting ones and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
