1 /5 Keith Perry: To the owners of Soho Hibachi in Ft O: My wife went to pick up our sons call in order tonight at your restaurant. The order was placed at 7:48 PM and he was quoted 20 minutes to pick-up. As she sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for the quoted prep/pick-up time, she observed a group of teenagers arrive, go in, order and sit down. She then went in to retrieve the order but had to wait a bit longer. She then observed the group of teenagers start to receive their orders. How? Our order was called in 15 minutes prior to their arrival. When she was finally presented with our order, my wife asked why the longer wait and how the teen group received their orders before we did, especially when calling it in ahead of them. Excuses ensued and then my wife was told maybe he "our son" could take his business elsewhere because of simply asking questions. My wife asked if she was the owner and she said no that her name is Riley. Another gentleman at the other register also said he wasnt the owner, Mr. Tony is the owner and wasnt there at the time. Come to find out, it appears the Manager on duty may also be Rileys mom. FYI, just our immediate family spends tons of money at this establishment and wonder if Mr. Tony would like how his employees treat his customers? I would think not the kind of impression a hardworking business owner would want the public to associate with him or his business.
