Springfield trading post & cafe - (Near Springfield, GA)

luciusfagala Perfect place to stop by during lunch break and pick up some really great food. You just know that when you approach the place and theres a smoker hooked up to a truck standing next to the shack, the foods going to be great. Especially the Brunswick Stew there is fantastic. Its one of my fondest memories of my work visit to the States and I hope the owner will stay in business for a long time. All the best to you, Sir.

DALY BOLTON Tried GTB tonight, and had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious & fresh, the cost was impressive, the server was friendly & did a great job, & there was a really good selection! There was a plentiful amount of fruit on the bar which was great for picky toddler, but still a good variety of other foods for them to eat as well. We will be back for sure!!!

Brittney Byrd Excellent catering service! We placed a catering request with Viva Villa for a party with roughly ~20 people and the food was delicious! Additionally, Viva Villa was very thoughtful with how the food was packaged with every container thoughtfully labeled, salsas wrapped tightly, and even a curtesy call to let us know the food will be ready and hot within the half hour. All my guests thought the food was outstanding and shared that they will be making the drive to Viva Villa from Evans now.

Addie Zavala We drove from Pelham, Georgia to visit this location and it did not disappoint; the gift shop, the restaurant, and the grounds themselves with its aesthetic are so worth a trip. The menu has a great selection and is reasonably priced. We will definitely visit again in the upcoming fall for a night dinner experience
