1 /5 Lenae: The worst experience. They allowed the driver to leave the restaurant with only half of my order, and the portion I did receive wasn’t even correct. When I called about the missing item, all I got were excuses. The woman I spoke with was rude and asked if the driver was going to go back to retrieve the item—which makes no sense, especially when it was only one missing item. I asked her to cancel the missing item, and she rudely hung up on me. When I called back to request a refund, she was even more rude. This was their mistake, yet they treated me poorly for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this place.

1 /5 Yasmine Seche: The order was placed at 7:02 last night. I called back at 7:07 to change it for delivery, because my son accidentally ordered for pick up but I couldnt leave the house. I was told itll be delivered within an hour. at 8:45 I called again because we didnt get the pizza. lady told us that the driver should be there shortly and that the delay was because they had 3 other orders. In the end, our order was never delivered, and my card was still charged. so I need somebody responsible for that place to call me back with an explanation.

1 /5 Ryan Peters: I usually order from zoners because it’s closer but they don’t open until 4 so I tried stoners. My sister has ordered multiple pizzas from here and always said they’re doughy and undercooked. I tried anyway. It arrived 30 minutes later than said which i don’t care. But the pizza was doughy and not cooked all the way. Even my dog had a hard time chewing up a piece of the crust. Good pizza you just have to throw it on the grill or oven for about 10 minutes when it gets to your house. Posted a photo of what it looked like when I got the pizza and after I cooked it all the way. I should have took a picture of the dough underneath but you’ll get the idea.

2 /5 Michelle Traynham: We usually love getting food from here but tonight was terrible. Placed and online order for pickup. Walked in 20 minutes later to a lobby with 12 people waiting & no one at the register. Waited 45 minutes & was never acknowledged by anyone. When someone finally came up front to hand out some orders they only read our names & gave food. Never addressed the room to at least explain the wait. Others came in & left while people that Placed orders online Waited behind me, also being ignored. This post is simply to complain about the poor customer service. I understand they were busy & probably understaffed; but it is very easy to simply announce to the room that they are running behind. And maybe check the ready cabinet & se if anyone is there for food that was waiting instead of only calling out new orders. My food sat for over an hr before they finally spoke to me & gave me my waiting food.

1 /5 MEsha Price: The rude little girl working tonight answering the phone, was too busy trying to be a smart alec that she did not get my order correct! My other pizza looks as if it took a tough ride otw here! However they did compensate with credit! Hopefully they will have better results if I choose to use them again!
