Summits Wayside Tavern - (Near Cumming, GA)

Colby Lovell Was amazing food. Truly amazing. Service was good. The wait staff checked on us constantly. They were fun and cheerful. Christine, our waitress was great. If you are looking for a great non-chain, unique place to get some AWESOME food, youve gotta try this place.

A Ross We came here after a festival downtown and there was a line out the door. WELL WORTH THE SHORT WAIT!! We were seated after a short wait and even though the restaurant was packed, the service was outstanding! Our waiter Adam was great and very attentive....I cant brag on him enough. This young man knows customer service and anticipated our needs making this visit exceptional. Great job!!! Our order came out fast and correct. Awesome food and a great margaritas. Adam took care of us the entire time.

Farmer and The Dell Total of six adults placed three pickup orders. Decent sized orders, we did it several hours ahead of time for a 5:30 pickup. From hibachi, to sushi, pretty much everything in between. We arrived at 5:25, they checked out names/numbers with our orders. Each of us paid. First order was handed to us at 5:31, then the next two 5:32. We are not mad that they werent ready on the "dot" because we placed the orders hours in advance. Wed rather it put together fresh and we expected maybe a few minutes wait. That was perfectly fine. They also triple checked one of the orders that was complicated just to make sure they had everything correct. There was not a single complaint from any of us. Everything was perfect and fresh, and we have some picky eaters in our group. Theres several places around Dalton that have sushi/Hibachi and this is a safe bet!

Jenn Stalvey Wonderful place! We arrived at a busy lunch time and sat at the bar. The young lady behind the bar was great and made a delicious Bloody Mary. We were just seeking a light lunch, so we shared two appetizers. We ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Shrimp Eggrolls... both which were delicious! Would definitely go back!

David Harris This is NOT fine dining. This is just fine southern food. If you want fancy food go to Hog and Bones. If you want down home then this is your place . The sandwiches are pressed in a panini style.
