Taco Bell - (Near LaFayette, GA)

5 /5 Daniel T: Went to Taco Bell for lunch just the other day. It was quick an fast service. They had an older gentleman working the front an he was an awesome guy! Will be back!

1 /5 Ashlyn Mize: Ordered a Crunchwrap and Cantina Burrito box for delivery through the Taco Bell app. The sealed bag only contained a Crunchwrap. I tried to call the store several times but no answer. I drove to the Taco Bell to retrieve my missing items and was told it was not their problem it was door dashes problem, even though I’m sure they are the reason my items are missing and not door dash. They would not give me my missing items nor refund me any money. Absolutely no help at all. Will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again.

2 /5 Josh Morgan: The older guy thats in there is great, some of the employees there are cool too but its mostly a lousy experience when you dont get the decent 3 people there. One manager said they wouldnt make door dash orders until the door dasher showed up and asked them to make it. Making dashers and customers wait for some verbal confirmation when you already have the order is crazy and slows things down. Dont know if its still like that. Dont really care.

1 /5 Skylar Coffey-Scott: I normally dont write reviews ever but this time was personally necessary. Went tonight to pick up an order for us that my husband at home put in (he was watching our 6 month old) and when I got there I realized half the order didnt go through. So after going through once and picking our first order up, my husband from our house put in the remainder of our order on a new order. On the second time going through the drive though the girl with bright red hair who gave my first order to me gave me passive aggressiveness when I pulled back up. I briefly nervously laughed and said "hey yes Im sorry had to put in a second order. It didnt take part of our first one hah" because Im very antisocial already and felt bad going through a second time. Halfway while I was saying that she shoved me my order and quickly, loudly with almost an aggravated tone said "HERES YOUR ORDER. HAVE A GOOD NIGHT" and slammed the window on me while I was still saying this. It happened so quick I was startled for a second. She proceeded to pretend she didnt see me at the window and turned her back away from me. This all was like 10 seconds but like what if I needed more sauce or part of the order was wrong? I wouldnt of been able to ask her help because she dismissed me so fast and was ignoring the window until I pulled off. I didnt try to say anything but IV worked in food service and I get if your having a bad day and all but by no means have I EVER taken it out on a customer unwarranted. They didnt have a long line either. Only 2 cars in front of me. And I understand they dont get payed to chitchat but thats not what happened. She didnt even give me a chance to even say anything when she gave me the order, interrupted me and slammed the window on me mid sentence. Like I said I never write reviews but that red haired girl needs to be checked by her manager. She was super rude and almost acted like she was mad I came back through the line and that she had to see me at the window. I wasnt rude so it shocked me because I dont know what made her so mad? She had a very passive aggressive tone like she was upset I had to come back through. If the order didnt mess up on the app the first time I wouldnt of had to! Girl I understand if life is sucking right now or that job is rough but YOU chose to work there. No one made you girl. Dont have to be rude to people that did absolutely nothing to you.

5 /5 j play: 8/21/25 update. Still the best taco bell on earth. Lafayette doesnt know how good theyve got it. This was the cleanest most put together Taco Bell Ive ever been in my life. The staff was super friendly. It really should be the flagship location
