Taco Bell - (Near Bainbridge, GA)

5 /5 Brandon Reed: The people are super nice, and very quick to help out. Not only that, but the service was very quick, we got our food within just a couple minutes. They also had a good amount of lettuce and tomatoes and things like that with the tacos, which can sometimes be lacking. Overall, the employees were awesome and they all deserve a raise, and this is a great Taco Bell.

1 /5 Robert Reynolds: So I ordered on the app. Took me like five minutes to drive to the restaurant. When I get to the drive-through, they say your order is not ready. Circle around and come back in about five minutes. What kind of customer service is that? I’m not circling around and coming back. Fix it, Taco Bell.

1 /5 Mary ann Pearson: This is the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They are always out of something, can’t make something, fryers are down or items or extras you order you never get. Staff is absolutely terrible, rude and ignore you. If they screwed an order up they catch an attitude with you. I stood one day for over 35 minutes and had to ask at the register 3 times for my refund. They would not acknowledge me until I started showing out in front of people having to embarrass myself because they wouldn’t do their jobs. On another occasion I ordered the nacho fries, they were out of the franks sauce. Asked if they would replace with chipotle sauce and paid for extra pico. I got fries with no pico and no sauce. How hard is your job?????? Ordered a drink on the drive through…… please pull around we will bring it out to you. Are you freaking serious?????? Pathetic don’t waste your time.

1 /5 Maria Christine: You cannot order from the register, you have to order from a computer which makes things very difficult and crowded and congested because its right next to the registers so you dont know who is ordering and who is done ordering so everyone is in everyones way. The people at the register looked exhausted and it looks like they dont like the way its being run either. The drive-thru was long and crowded, so if youre in a rush I wouldnt recommend this Taco Bell. We didnt bother to order so we left. This is sad to say but That was a big disappointment
