3 /5 Maddie Engel: My friend’s family and I had an unfortunate experience at this location. Her and I both ordered the southwest wrap, and she ordered no pico. When the food came, hers was wrong, so we sent it back, as there was no easy way to remove the pico ourselves. After a bit, I assume a manager, who didn’t introduce herself at all, came out with the wrap we returned. Immediately, she questioned us, asking if the kitchen just switched the wraps, with the intention to give the now cold wrap back to us. We showed her that both wraps had pico on them, and she finally took it back. Our server was very sweet and let us know it would be a few minutes before the next one comes out. After a long while, the wrap came out. She took one bite and there was a black hair inside the wrap. Our server was nice enough to take it off the bill, but we never heard from the manager again. It was very unfortunate, as we usually have great service at this location.
